We can recruit for you a number of ways to ensure the smartest and most affordable solution for you. We charge just 8% of the employees annual pre-tax salary, which is under half of the industry average! The payment options are lump sum, contract, or split payment.
Lump Sum: You tell us who you want to hire and we agree on a price. We seek and interview various candidates and give you the top three to pick from. Once you've placed the employee you have 90 days before we bill you the total amount on one invoice. If you terminate the employee for any reason within those 90 days we will find you a replacement at no additional charge.
Contract: In this option, once you hire the candidate you begin paying us a portion of the total cost each month for up to 24 months.
Split: In this option, we agree to split the total bill up to four times and you choose to make payments each month or quarter.
